Enhanced fatigue resistance and a full strength connection are provided by ANG P-Bar Couplers. They can be used for projects of any size including road and rail bridges. Bar sizes range from 16 to 40 mm.

.The failure loads that ANG P-Bar Couplers are intended to reach surpass 115% of the typical strength of grade Fe 500, 500D, and 550 rebar. P-Bar is distinct from other threaded rebar systems due to the utilization of the parallel thread. Every threaded bar end undergoes proof loading to a force equivalent to or greater than the rebar’s characteristic yield strength. The connection with improved fatigue resistance is provided by the combination of these processes. P-Bar couplers can be manually tightened to a maximum strength of 700 N/mm2. 

Couplers can endure up to two million cycles of extreme fatigue.

ACI 918, BS 8110 for mechanical splice, IS 16172: 2014, and BS EN 1992-1-1: 2004 (Eurocode 2) are all followed in the production of ANG Parallel-Bar Couplers.
